There was no camera flash, no photo to post, no evidence for social media. And yet, for one supporter, the moment he met Khama Billiat may be the most unforgettable of his life.
The fan had finally come face to face with the player he calls his idol. His voice carried excitement as he spoke, admitting he had always wished to meet him, to stand close, to share even a few words.
A simple picture was all he wanted, something to hold onto long after the encounter.

Still, he kept talking, almost as if trying to make up for the moment he could not save. He explained how, back in his own football circles, he is already known as “Khama Billiat,” a nickname born from resemblance and the way he models himself after the forward. It is admiration that has crossed into identity.
